We were delighted to be appointed to provide production services for this major public event on behalf of the London Borough of Lambeth. The Clapham Fireworks display is the largest free fireworks night display in London and in 2010 attracted in excess of 100,000 spectators to Clapham Common. Given the scale of the event and the dispersed event footprint (which included 3 London Underground Stations) it was necessary to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure a safe & successful event. Working closely with the Lambeth Events’ team, consultants Capita Symonds and the Metropolitan Police Service our role included site and footprint planning, onsite coordination of infrastructure /technical equipment and the provision of site management personnel.
