Appointed in advance of two-landmark music concerts at the iconic London venue we were tasked with consulting on and developing a tactical framework for the management of 10,000 plus concerts at the venue. This involved scrutinising existing procedures and advising on suitable production, technical and operational management strategies. We developed a comprehensive event management plan specifically tailored to the venue and provided consultancy for both nights of shows. The result was a series of concerts that were acclaimed as the smoothest live productions in the venue’s history.
